Online Entry

Please note we are only able to accept entries made on our online booking system, Play and Perform. Please see further details of how to enter below.

Instructions for Online Entry

1. Firstly you will need to create an account. Once you click on the button this is pretty self-explanatory: you will need to enter your email address and create a password. You will then receive an email to verify the account.
2. Once you have logged in and are on the homepage, click on the Entrants tab at the top of the page.
3. Click on New and then Individual. Anyone entering a solo, duet, trio or quartet will need to add their details as an individual first.
4. For duets, trios and quartets, click on Entrants, then New, then Group with people. You will see all the individuals you have entered in the left-hand pane. Highlight them and click on the right arrow to add them to the ensemble – you can add 2, 3 or 4 people.
5. For groups, click on Entrants, then New, then Group by size. You will be asked to enter the name of the group (this can simply be the name of your school/group) and the number in the group. It doesn't matter if this is not totally accurate at this stage, as these things may change, but please select a number over 5 or the system won't allow you to enter a group category.
6. Once you have completed this you will have a list of all your candidates. Click the Enter button to enter them into the relevant classes – you will also be asked to enter dates of birth at this stage.
7. Entries will be added to your basket as you go.
